Ashley Parrette, Leasehold Manager for Southern Housing Group and chair of the South East CIH leasehold discussion group, has recently won a Gold medal for England in the Masters Division at the Commonwealth Games in South Africa. Tim Crook seconded by the Law Society’s Housing Law Committee

Tim Crook was recently seconded by the Law Society’s Housing Law Committee to form part of a working group set up by the Civil Justice Council to consider the legal logistics and feasibility of using the tribunal system to deal with property disputes, rather than the County Court.  The continued use of the County Court for property disputes remains under review.  We will post updates on this issue as more information becomes available.
